ELIGIBILITY & FAMILY
Review age, relationships, dependency and background for each proposed applicant.
At least 18, subject to applicable background and source-of-funds checks.
Spouse; children aged 21 or younger; fully supported children no older than 30; and qualifying children with physical or mental disabilities.
Fully supported parents of the applicant or spouse above 55. Qualifying parents with physical or mental disabilities require separate assessment.
Unmarried siblings under 18, with parental or guardian consent.
Disclose nationality, residence and refusal history, family relationships and source of funds accurately.
APPLICATION & SUPPORT

QUESTIONS & CLARITY
Confirm in writing the contracting entity, family members, itemised fees and payment accounts, interview and attendance arrangements, and treatment of fees on refusal or early termination.
Preparation, checks, additional requests and official processing affect the schedule. We explain the stages and communicate progress without promising a fixed approval date.
Official guidance provides for a principal-applicant interview and identity verification. Confirm the format and any attendance needed for the oath or documents in your case.

Different charges have different rules. Agree the treatment of work already performed, third-party charges and refundable amounts before signing. Paying the contribution after approval does not eliminate earlier costs.
